Motor Theft Investigation Our Claims Investigation team offer a specialist service in relation to the investigation of motor theft (and fire) claims. Once instructions are received from an insurer, immediate contact is made with the policyholder. We realise that these claims must be treated with a high degree of urgency and accordingly, we will always endeavour to make initial telephone contact within 24 hours. Investigation reports are returned to our instructing insurers without delay, normally by electronic mail or fax. Where additional enquiries are needed, a preliminary report will be dispatched to provide a detailed update of the current position. Our investigations are detailed and focussed. We have a wealth of experience in this area and can make all relevant enquiries on an insurer's behalf.
