We can help ensure the policyholder understands the policy by discussing and explaining the relevant definitions and clauses, viz "total disablement", "proportionate benefit" etc. We realise that the purpose of such visits is about much more than establishing the bona fides of the claim. We can help identify inappropriate or ineffective treatment. We can encourage positive thinking on recovery or rehabilitation and help speed up the return to work process. We can even visit policyholders and help them complete their claim forms, if so requested. We can in fact fully discuss your needs and tailor our services accordingly.
